I have an SUV/Van/Wagon I'd love to set up with K.A.M.P. Drawers. Can you build me a custom set to fit my vehicle? At this point in time, we are focusing on mass manufacturing K.A.M.P. Drawers for more popular vehicles in an effort to increase production efficiency and keep costs down. For our first production run, we will be building a limited run of sets to fit the 2nd/3rd gen Toyota Tacoma with a 6ft long bed. Later on down the line, we will produce a model to fit the 5ft short bed. Even farther into the future, we have plans to develop a fitment for full size pickup trucks, and 4Runners. However, it is truly just a box, so if it fits within your wheel wells and length of the bed, it still might work for your rig. The finished dimensions are: 73" x 42" x 9.75"

I'd like to request some modifications to the design, can you do custom work?"We are always striving to improve upon our design, so if you have any ideas to make it better, we'd love to hear about it! However, we are not interested in taking on any custom work at this time, as we intend to maximize production efficiency by making them all the same.

Can you provide woodworking plans for a DIY build?Sorry, we do not intend to sell plans.

Are K.A.M.P. Drawers weatherproof?K.A.M.P. Drawers were designed and built with durability in mind. All wooden surfaces are treated with multiple layers of oil based polyurethane or durable truck bedliner, and can easily withstand incidental spills, or light rain while cooking. However, the unit is designed to be housed under a weather sealed truck topper/camper shell. We do not recommend leaving K.A.M.P. Drawers exposed to the elements in an open truck bed full time.

Do I need to drill or modify my truck bed?K.A.M.P. Drawers do not require any drilling or modification of the vehicle, and use the tried and true mounting method of 4 turnbuckles at each corner. Simply slide in the drawer box, hook the turnbuckles to the factory mounting points, and screw them tight with a wrench for a rock solid connection. We recommend checking the tension of the turnbuckles after a few initial miles of driving.

Where are you located, and where can I pick up a set? What about shipping?"K.A.M.P. Drawers are designed and manufactured in the U.S., and we are located in Eastern Washington. We welcome all our customers to make the journey to Richland, WA for local pickup at no extra cost! Shipping will be available through national LTL freight carriers at costs based on a few factors, such as distance, destination type such as residential, business, or terminal pickup, and liftgate service. We will work with each individual customer to establish the best method of delivery for their situation. Preliminary shipping rates start at $400 for the west coast, up to $550 for the east coast.

What stove will fit in the kitchen drawer?KAMP Drawers were designed specifically around the Camp Chef Everest 2 burner propane stove. The Everest was chosen because it is a quality stove that puts out an impressive 20,000 BTUs per burner, which makes a big difference when it's below freezing and/or windy out. The exact dimensions of the stove opening is: 23 5/16" x 11 15/16" x 4 17/32". If you have a stove that you prefer to use instead of the Everest that is that size or smaller, it will fit, but some form of spacers will likely be needed to keep a snug fit and prevent it rattling around while driving.
